1. Can I return my item back for a refund?

Yes, you can 100%. Please check our Refund & Exchange Policy then email: support@hellacutecouture.com

2. Where is my tracking number?

Tracking information becomes available for you via email once the item is shipped.

3. I have received only part of my shipment, where are the other items?

Sometimes, depending on the order size and/or what products were ordered, we may ship out items in your order as soon as they have been processed instead of waiting till the entire order is complete. We use this shipping method to ensure the quickest delivery times possible!!!

4. What country do you ship to?

We ship to every country in the world!

5. How long does it take to process an order?

Depending on the item you order it can take from 2-8 business days for us to make your item then package it up and get it sent. Then it’s depending on your country below for delivery.

Standard shipping times:

  • USA shipping: 2-5 Days Processing + 1-3 weeks delivery! 
  • Canada shipping: 2-5 Days Processing + 1-4 weeks delivery! 
  • Worldwide shipping: 4-8 Days Processing + 2-6 weeks delivery!

Note: 97.66% of all paid shipping orders are shipped within 4 business days & are delivered 4-12 business days after being shipped.

Holiday season shipping times: 

Due to high volume orders during this season expect:

3-5 days extra for processing + 1-2 weeks extra for delivery!

PLEASE NOTE: We require additional verification for the difference in shipping and billing address. 

6. What About Possible Custom Fees?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

7. Can I Change My Address On My Order?

Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to change your order address. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.
